Dry tapioca starch pearls that can be popped to round light, crunchy texture. The popped tapioca can be used in making snack mix, caramel popped balls, snack bars, etc or can be simply buttered and seasoned.
The protein content of the serving size is negligible (about 0.1 gms); Phenylalanine – 0 mg, Methionine–0mg, Leucine–2 mg, Isoleucine – 3 mg
INGREDIENTS: Dry tapioca starch.
