A low-protein bread mix that can be used to make bread, pizza shells, rolls, bagels, pita bread, pretzels, etc.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat starch, Cornstarch, Canola oil, Carbohydrate gum, sugar, Psyllium fiber, Malt syrup, salt.
The protein content of the serving size is negligible (about 0.3 gms); Phenylalanine – 20 mg, Methionine- 5 mg, Leucine–28 mg, Isoleucine – 13 mg
Contains starch from wheat. Manufactured in a facility that handles wheat, soy, dairy, nuts and eggs.
